Planning application to develop land north of Station Road for up to 126 dwellings

Richborough & Associates have submitted another planning application to develop land north of Station Road in front of the golf course.

The application is for up to 126 dwellings and will severely impact on the infrastructure of the town. If you wish to comment on the application you will need to submit comments to the Borough Council using their planning portal or by email to planning@hinckley-bosworth.gov.uk quoting reference 24/01079/OUT.
