Town Centre Redevelopment Scheme - 20mph public consultation

Leicestershire County Council is inviting comments on a proposed 20mph speed limit in the town centre. The changes are part of the town centre redevelopment scheme and are linked with two other elements, also currently being consulted on, which are introduction of time-limited parking on Market Place and extension of the one-way system to include Market Place and Main Street.

There are four documents:

1) a Notice of the proposed change, with information on how to comment

2) a Statement of Reasons explaining why the change is being proposed

3) a Plan showing the proposed change

4) a proposed Traffic Regulation Order which will be issued if the change is approved

The documents are available to view in the Parish Council Office, on the Parish Council's Noticeboard in the Market Place, via the links below, on the Bosworth Vision Planning website, and on Leicestershire County Council's website page relating to Traffic management consultations

All comments submitted on the 20mph scheme must include the reference KJ/HTWMT/5846
